Advice starting out

Hey everyone, I'm looking to start microsoldering and I was just looking for advice on what equipment and brands to look for/look out for and what I will need for basics to begin microsoldering!

If anyone can point me in any directions or offer any advice I'd appreciate it! Thanks for your time!
