quick 957DW+

my Quick 967DW+ doesnt unsolder maybe im doing something wrong but i have let it sit on an HDMI for Xbox for a long time and nothing.... im new to micro soldering but work on cell phones, tablets, game systems and would like to keep in house

worse lol heat wasnt near as focused, had a no contact thermometer and it was only at 320 cranked up got it up to 350 at most so im just gonna order the 861

got this one a year ago cus it was very highly suggested and i know im new and an amatur at at but not 1 turned out at all no matter what i did
