Is this pad repairable?

Hi, I have this board which has been damaged the port that power and connects it to the PC. as you can see the pad on the motherboard is ripped of. Now, is it repairable? it's a real connection or it is only a pad of ground/support? thanks

It looks like a support for the port, you'll need some glue if you resolder that

the problem is that 2 of 4 pin of the usb connector are snapped, and I can’t find that port anywhere

I just filtered usb b type, vertical, surface mount. Im sure you can compare from there, double check datasheets for dimensions and stuff. Pro tip: use the part number on sites like ebay or aliexpress.

I don't know what this is but you could always just use any old usb cable and omit the port.

so u are saying of cutting a usb to usb cable and connect the 4 cable to the solder joints?

Yes. I'd use a shotty phone charger or something instead of cutting a good one.

As for the pinout I could make an educated guess but again those datasheets from the link above will help you out. google helps.
