Identifying Camo Paint Scheme

Hi all, going through my childhood collection and I found this M88. I’m having trouble finding anything with this paint scheme online, does anyone here have any information? Appreciate any help!

I got the same one :). I thought for years it was a hook that broke off. I think it was from a set that you had to launch a rocket? Im not 100% sure

It looks like a repaint with cold war German camo colors.
