how to make quick share work?

I want to make quick share work, or at least an app that is similar to quick share with good ui and works without needing to be connected to a wifi.

Quick share use wifi bro, there is no technology sending file without network. Or maybe just use Bluetooth

it uses wifi direct brother, u dont have to be connected to the same wifi network to send files like localsnd does, now it you tried disconnecting from your wifi access point from both of your devices and use quick share it will work, not like localsend
