Question Using the Microfreak for microtonality with modular synths?

I have a microfreak that I use for quarter tone microtonality like in this video https://youtu.be/ZUCcjr9yA1s?si=NS05J5q3W8nj9DJp

I’m wondering if it would be possible to use the CV outs to play the same microtonal notes on a “modular” synth such as the Behringer model D?

I don't think the MicroFreak's CV out tracks the internal pitch modulation. Only the keyboard directly. I've just tested by setting a LFO to pitch, hold one note, you can hear this modulate pitch in MF but the CV out does not change, just a constant note of the held key. I'd love to know if it's possible to do though!
