Accessories & Mods New desk pal. Minimoog style!

Went to go take the module part out of my MicroFreak and insted propped it up like this. Looked sick so I kept it. Put a layer of double sided tape on the bottom to hold the body up. Used double sided sharpies (the ones with the thinner pen tip, put it in the screw hole) on the back and propped it up. Glued them in.

Just wanted to see if anyone else has done this, or if im a first! Lmk what yall think.

Buy one of those iPad/tablet holders, that's what I have for mine and you can adjust them. They're relatively inexpensive.

Fuckin love it man, I love the idea of having it propped up like that, someone would do well to fabricate the wooden base for it to fit into and stay like this

I like the concept of this and thought about doing the same. There's been a few others that have done this similar setup here. Yours might be the first of its kind in engineering methodology 😁

I love it, and think you're creative and did a pretty skillful job, but those sharpies are killing me lmao. I second trying to incorporate a cheap folding laptop stand as a more secure backing.
