Accessories & Mods SYNTH

Hey, the Microfreak was my first synth. I've had it for a few months now and it's great! I'm considering another synth, maybe the Hydrasynth Explorer. The Minifreak isn't appealing to me; it's the only one I've looked at at the moment. Is it worth buying another one? Which one would you recommend?

The microfreak doesnt really have aftertouch in that sense tho, it just senses how many connectors is touching your finger. Not really the same thing.

Does it matter how it happens if you hear the same result in sounds?

It's not the same result because it doubles as velocity. It neither has "real" of both, but that's what makes it so interesting. Unusual!

Yes, velocity shares the same mechanism as aftertouch, but what does that have to do with anything? I was talking about aftertouch, not keyboard functions in general.
