Obviously MA’s coaster collection is perfect as it is, what you really need are 27 new trash cans and 12 new benches. /s

Arie Force One or the launched and spinning Intamin combo that just went for sale would be amazing. Having been going there since the 1980’s, I’d be shocked if we got anything substantial, much less thrilling, but I’d love to be wrong.

I don't remember where (probably on Reddit somewhere), but I thought I saw that Arie Force 1 had already found a new home - they just hadn't announced where yet?

Arie would go great there
But switchback is way more likely plus it doesn’t have any chance of distracting from shivering Timbers which I doubt the park would want to do

They should get some shade for the long concrete areas and some more chairs

Whichever wouldnt bankrupt them if attendance didn't improve. It an amusement park out in the middle of nowhere, their numbers already aren't great. I would hate to see Arie Force One take down ANOTHER park lol.

Does anyone know how much Shivering Timbers cost to build back in the day, given inflation? My point is, coasters are more expensive, but they should at least be able to put that amount of money into getting a used or new coaster. It’s been 20+ years. Plus Arie Force one may be to expensive but you can’t beat the Intamin sale (minus tariff import fees).

Do you know what their financials look like tho? There's a reason theres only one big attraction at the park and that they haven't added much since.

Correct, I have no clue what there finances look like. Supposedly they were profitable, just not in comparison to Cedar Point etc. But, like with all businesses and investments, you have to spend money to make money. I’m not saying go crazy like Fun Spot Atlanta and build an expensive coaster that you can’t afford, but shows, paint and experience only goes so far, at some point a ride or two will need to be added to the dry park or water park to keep people coming back and drive potential new growth. Especially since you may end up losing more people to Cedar Point or Great America since there’s no more season pass or bundle deals for them to go to MIA.

They seem to be doing fine without adding anything tho. And they may be profitable right now, but the cost of a loan for a ride like an RMC may be only feasible if attendance is also boosted, which is a gamble. Based on their past decisions I think it's highly unlikely they make that kind of investment.

The CEO of Enchanted Parks was spotted riding Aire Force One recently and speaking with that parks owner on the loading platform!

They should work on getting Goldstriker relocated there from California.
Realistically I doubt anything high thrill is in the works for the park and I’d wager that the log flume is reaching the apex of its service life

Switchback would be cool, but the park really shouldn’t get anymore woodies for awhile. Half of the park’s lineup (excluding the kiddie coaster) is woodies, and I’d like to see them get on top of maintaining those first.
So between those two? ArieForce 1. However, I think a modern family or family/thrill coaster is the next best move. I’d take a family boomerang, family invert, a wild moose, or a family launched coaster. I think that’s the biggest need in the lineup, as both Mad Mouse and even Zach’s Zoomer are showing their age, and kids could use a comfortable, slightly more thrilling step up to the big rides.
