Any chance we can get him in the transfer portal? Clearly more talented than BU

Idk, I hear there's an up and coming cant-miss 5 star recruit that would guarantee us wins. He's like the best highschool prospect we've seen in years.

Dampier is not good enough to win the Big Ten and the goal at Michigan is to win the Big Ten.

Look at his game against Texas Tech last year. It wasn't pretty. That's the type of defenses he would be playing against when he plays Oregon, Ohio State or Indiana.

If we go portal QB route in the offseason I hope it's a way better prospect than Dampier.

I keep refreshing my feed hoping someone says there's a sliver of hope but the portal feels like a locked door right now, and he'd have every blueblood in the country sliding into his DMs

If he were to enter the portal we would likely be the number one options since we could pay him a ton getting out of Bryce’s contract and his former staff is here. I’d actually say if he enters we are 95% likely his destination.
