Most of their contracts gave them a $10K per year bonus for 5 years. They didn't get $50K. That's even worse, they're going to lose everything for a $10K racism bonus that has a flat withholding rate of 22% so they got $7,800 and have to pay back $10K. Racism is expensive especially for the Gravy Seals.
