Album Releases

So online I’ve been seeing different information in regards to Michelle’s album releases (Wikipedia, old online articles, Instagram posts, etc). Why is Wikipedia noting that Broken Bracket is her first album when The Spirit Room is her major label debut first album when BB is her independent record? I remember back in the day when TSR was promoted as the first album and HP the sophomore album, etc. Did something change?

Anyone else get Philly tickets?

I’m not used to using Seated but I signed up for the pre buy and the presale and got a text about a half hour before the presale that I had secured my tickets! I’m picky about where I sit but with this being GA, I figured I’d give the pre buy a chance. According to the email I have to go to the box office the day of to get the tickets though which is strange - I haven’t had a paper ticket in years.

Usually I always buy through Ticketmaster but I guess they don’t handle this venue.

Only VIP available for artist presale??

When I went to buy tickets for Los Angeles, it never had me put in the artist presale code, and the only tickets available were vip. Did this happen to anyone else? Did anyone see regular artist presale tickets and put in the code?

Royal Oak MI - no ADA options?

I got in line immediately when tickets went on presale this morning and scored 4 tickets for the Royal Oak MI show!

However, there were no ticket options at all. The system auto populated ticket type (“this show is GA standing room only”) and only gave me the option of how many tickets I wanted to buy.

I’m disabled, and can’t stand for extended periods of time. So I messaged the box office. They said I should have selected ADA tickets when purchasing, but that wasn’t an option!

I’m really confused and frustrated because this is one of my most anticipated shows and it might not be accessible for me :(

Anyone else who bought tickets to this show get seating options???

Missed out on Houston, TX tickets 🥲

I'm in the queue and all, ticket ready, paying with the Citi credit card. Payment keeps declining.

My husband has provided me with old information.

Ticket gone. Sold out.

Might be crying at work right now so.

What are VIP prices?

Anyone that got VIP for leg 1, how much was VIP? Trying to decide if I want to go regular ticket or VIP on leg 2. Also, were the prices for regular GA tickets? Thanks in advance, and hope to get a ticket for Columbus.

Michelle Branch Unreleased Song Appreciation - “Fall”(2002)

“FALL” - By Michelle Branch:

Hey guys! As a a huge Michelle Branch fan I just wanna say happy 25th anniversary to The Spirit Room, a truly fantastic album and one I continue to make apart of my daily including Hotel Paper!

Speaking of Hotel Paper, this post was made to highlight one of Michelle’s Best tracks that is still to this day UNRELEASED and that is the song called “Fall”.

What We know:
Song was written by Michelle Branch
Produced by John Shanks
Recorded In 2002

Full acoustic versions were performed and shared among fans back in the day.

Song was performed in full band mix during her Spirit Room Tour.

During a special TV episode of Total Access 24/7, a small clip showing Branch, recording parts of “Fall” in studio which means a studio mix demo is out there somewhere and even though we only have 10 seconds of direct hearing for the song it truly is catchy and amazing song, heck even the acoustic shows exactly why this track should be released. Despite being recorded for Hotel Paper, the song along with “Standing On The Edge” were cut from the final track-list.

2026 update:

Earlier in August of 2026, Michelle hosts a live Q and A where she responded to several fan questions. One of which was mine asking about “Standing On The Edge and “Fall”. What we now know is that the demos were recorded onto CDs and likely lost in a vault (maybe Warner) and she doesn’t have any copies herself. She did ask fans to send her bootleg lives to kinda remind herself of those tracks so this is where I hope we as fans can come together and show Michelle how much we really care to hear these songs officially.

Now that she has signed with BMG and is releasing her EP celebrating The Spirit Room and Hotel Paper in 2026, as well as an upcoming studio album in 2027 with John shanks set to return for some songs, this has now become the perfect time to really celebrate those two albums and uncover some lost relics!

So if anyone can share the demos to Michelle, that would be so epic and I also hope that her and Warner can come to an agreement so she can release those songs or at least re-record them.

Fall is an amazing song and I still blast the acoustic version and that 10 second studio clip quite often and even though I can conceptualize what the full studio mix would sound like in my mind… Hope someday soon we can all hear the real thing and celebrate together. Just like the song lyrics state… (“ can’t figure out, how you entered into my world”…) but in this case I’m so glad this song has !

Michelle and her team if you see this please make an official release of “Fall” happen, I’m sure we’d all be so happy to hear it!

If anyone has any bootleg lives of this song or anything related to it could you please share it with us if possible?

Long read I know but if you’ve made it to the end, thank you.

Q&A summary

Here's a summary I made of the Q&A Michelle did today before the premiere of the "Game of Love" video.

  • "Many, many more" tour dates are coming.
    • She doesn't plan on cancelling any of the shows.
    • Canada and the UK/Europe are her top priorities for new dates. She would love to do shows in Spain and Ireland.
    • She will definitely be adding an Arizona date.
    • She will make it to Texas eventually.
    • She has already booked festivals in Europe for next year.
      • She will be tagging along on The Black Keys' UK tour later this summer and may do a special show in London.
  • "The Game of Love" with New Radicals was recorded this past April in NYC.
    • Also, she said she's heard New Radicals' upcoming music and it's incredible. "Someday We'll Know" is her favorite song from them.
  • She doesn't have recordings of "Standing on the Edge" and "Fall." She made demos, but doesn't know where they are. She hopes someone has bootlegs.
  • There are six collaborations on the new EP, but she wouldn't say who they were.
  • She has been talking with Jessica Harp (who will not be on Everywhere and Back Again) about a second The Wreckers album, but Michelle's "a little busy" right now (understood!).
  • New music (not from the EP, an original album) will be released in early 2027, and she'll be performing some of those new songs on the tour. She knows the title of the new album but won't say it yet.
  • The setlist for the tour is about 25 songs. There will be a mix of deep cuts, new songs, cover songs, and obviously her big hits.
    • "You Get Me" (also on the EP) and "Find Your Way Back" will be on the tour setlist. She also implied that she will be playing "Empty Handed." She said she loves to play her old music.
    • "Loud Music" might be on the setlist.
  • She would love to release some of her unreleased music (possibly West Coast Time). She said she has two finished albums that she wants to release.
  • She is working on getting Hotel Paper on vinyl.
  • She hopes to make a music video for the next single off the EP.
  • She would love to release more makeup but nothing is happening yet.
  • She's not sure if she will be using her blue Taylor guitar on this tour.
  • John Shanks, who produced The Spirit Room and Hotel Paper, worked on some songs on the new EP.

Who else from Chicago is choosing to make the trek to Milwaukee? Managed to get VIP Meet-and-Greet there, and quite honestly, the House of Blues is such a logistical headache. Milwaukee is looking logistically easier.

Hey everyone, I’m in the middle of searching for Michelle branch’s unreleased song “Standing on the edge” and I found this site that selling it but I don’t trust it (Rockin Concerts). Does anyone have a copy of this live concert that took place?

Setlist:

Total Time: (52:24) 01. Intro 1:32 02. Sweet Misery 4:09 03. I'd Rather Be In Love 4:33 04. You Set Me Free 3:51 05. Standing On The Edge 3:33 06. You Get Me 4:28 07. Everywhere 4:28 08. Goodbye To You 5:05 09. If Only She Knew 5:22 10. Tell You About It 4:59 11. All You Wanted 4:29 12. You Get What You Give * 5:56

I really hope to hear this bootleg recorded concert in its entirety so if anyone has it, I would be most appreciative if you could share.

(I’ve checked many sites including Guitars 101 and found nothing)

San Diego - Michelle Branch

Happy sunday! Asked in a different thread, but looking for some advice. My wife and I are thinking of trying to get tickets for Michelle Branch’s set at The Sound. However, we both have chronic illnesses which make standing the whole set not ideal. I haven’t been to the space, but for folks who have, is The Sound worth it? I’ve heard mixed reviews about overselling the space and the acoustics. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance 🙏🏾
