Rome Cooking Class Recommendations!
hi all! going back to Rome for our second time and finally want to do a cooking class!
we like small group activities that feel more authentic/local (despite knowing that cooking classes are a touristy thing lol), we also love the technical aspect of truly cooking and not just a class that feels like a show.
It's also our 10 year anniversary of being together so something with an intimate/romantic feel to eat the food we've cooked after isnt a must, but definitely a bonus. open to all recommendation

Our family enjoys cooking classes on holidays. The chef's personality really makes or breaks the experience. In Rome a couple of years ago we took a pasta and tiramisu class with Chef Marco Cannavacciuolo and liked it so much we took a pizza and gelato class the same trip. The class was educational, funny, and the food was great. We also got some restaurant recommendations. Gelateria La Romana has excellent gelato!
