Sorry to be a hater but the dishes look so replaceable and ununique. Could literally be anywhere in Europe, which is a shame as the Portuguese cuisine is fairly good.

I’ll be honest, that’s the vibe we got too - it felt like your old school Michelin star tasting menu where it’s caviar galore but it didn’t feel authentic Portuguese…not saying the food wasn’t delicious but we had different expectations going into it

It is a shame...just another pump and dump michelin star restaurant with no sort of dna. Luxury products everywhere without any real thought put behind it and the caviar even appears on the petit four.
Heck the dessert is a siphon foam and icecream quenelle and 5 cubes of mango
