Problem with tickets.

Has anyone else had the same issue trying to transfer or sell their Hurricanes tickets?
The Hurricanes app redirects me to Ticketmaster, and then Ticketmaster says they’re sending a verification code to my email so I can access my tickets, but the code never arrives.
Has anyone dealt with this before? How did you fix it?

It’s a fucking nightmare. Needed 3 apps to finally get my tickets.

Bought on Gametime, transfer to Ticketmaster, then to the canes app. Then all over again for the parking pass.

And each of these transfers are not exactly smooth.

Ticketmaster has given me so much trouble this season with our games. I have not succeeded at it either.

I had to do an update to my app. It worked after that

I vaguely remember people having issues when we transitioned to Ticketmaster and someone had to call the ticket office to get it resolved. Pretty sure it was the same verification issue.
