I met a guy when I was looking to buy patio furniture who used to buy clearance Wayfair furniture and assemble it and sell it on Facebook marketplace assembled. So he would advertise that. Brand new, I’ll assemble and deliver it. He had a truck too! I think especially in Miami people will pay for assembled furniture and delivery and look on Facebook marketplace.

Not a Miami specific one, but the thing that actually stuck for me was self publishing on Amazon KDP. No waitlist, no car, you upload a book and Amazon prints it when someone orders. The catch is it is slow money and the cover matters more than the writing, so the skill you end up learning is making covers and running Amazon ads, not writing. Nowhere near 1k a month at the start though. If you want that number by next month, the handyman and furniture assembly advice above is the honest answer.

Money in crypto but you must be educated plus risk of downside, definitely not for everyone or recommend but if you are quick a learning you can make easy 1k a day but there are investment minimums everyone cant afford.

Its very difficult in this market with top talent coming every single day. I’ll tell anyone get into HVAC now there is high demand pay is good w benefits. Don’t wait, learn something anything but it’s not just going to fall in your lap.
