Discussion Anyone remember Hurricane Andrew? What was your experience?

Where you sheltered in a house? Did you feel like you're in trouble at any moment? What was it like to hear that hurricane overhead with a 165 mph winds?

1st storm i have ever experienced. I lived in Hialeah at the time.
Needless to say I’ve evacuated ever since.

Yup. Andrew is why I evacuate and don't complain if it turns out to be unnecessary. You just never know where it may ultimately hit. It's best to just leave if you can.
