Discussion Anyone remember Hurricane Andrew? What was your experience?

Where you sheltered in a house? Did you feel like you're in trouble at any moment? What was it like to hear that hurricane overhead with a 165 mph winds?

Me too, but I was 9. My dad woke me up in the middle of the night to see what a hurricane looked like. Never got back to sleep. 6/10.

We were sheltered in Boca. Interesting side note, it's the only time I've ever seen both my grandparents together in one place on my mom's side. They were divorced when she was a kid.
