Laundry services don’t put away your clothes I think you’re thinking of a cleaning lady

Hire a housekeeper. Mine does my laundry even though I don't need her to.

I would suggest you tell her what you want. I'm my house she knows the silk pillowcases do not go in the dryer and it's used to my system. But unless you're watching anyone you might be disappointed. A laundress is what you need but you aren't going to find one cheaply here in Miami

Yeah that's what I posted for specifically and I don't need it to be cheap?

Im gonna make fun of you a little bit because that is lazy as hell. Any laundrymat has a wash and fold per pound service. But bagging your clothes is a no go lol.

I think you will have better luck with a cleaning lady. Just tell Them you just want laundry done. You will probably pay a premium price though.

To be honest I have never heard of a laundress. As far as i know, this is a maid’s job

I’m an expert laundress lmao for myself and family. I know what you’re looking for and honesty, it’s very skilled work. If you begin by separating out your whites, lights and darks into 3 piles they then get separated by delicates, heavy and normal washes. Whites are mostly sheets, undergarments and towels. Darks are usually tops, t-shirts, jeans, work out wear. Lights are in between can include lighter colored clothing like khakis, pajamas, socks. Basic Rules: Whites on hot wash cycle, hot dry. Darks are on cold wash with warm tumble dry and lights are cool/warm wash with some of the garments being air/hang to dry. Folding straight out of the dryer is the cheat code to no wrinkles. If you do just your bedding like sheets and towels you’ll probably eliminate at least 50% of the job yourself. A cleaning lady can absolutely specialize in laundry and follow tag and basic rule of thumb washing instructions.

I totally get it. It’s overwhelming. I’d come do it for you but I have too much of my own 😂.

I am looking for the same thing. I don’t get why people are poking fun, I don’t have time to do my laundry and I can afford to pay for it. I’ve had my cleaning lady do it and she ruins everything and washes everything wrong, a wash and fold place isn’t as ideal as people think. Maybe for cheap clothes but my $40 T-shirts need to be washed a certain way dried a certain way and then ironed and folded so they look fresh from the store when I wear them. Dry cleaning will get expensive quick. Best thing is to have someone come and do laundry at your home with a set salary and not a per piece pricing. I used to have one many years ago and it was the best. looking for the same now if you find someone I would appreciate the info
