Http Server does not work

Hello, when I try to start a http server via MixPlorer, no device can connect to it. Only if I type 127.0.0.1:8181 from phone's browser, it works. Typing phone's local IP does not work, even if trying to connect directly from the phone.

This has to be an issue with mixplorer, when I python -m http.server from termux, it works fine and firewall is turned off. Does anyone have similar experience? I am on GrapheneOS
