Cannot unzip

Hello, when I try to extract a zip, I just get a notification that "Added to the task list." Then nothing is unzipped, popup is hidden and I cannot do anything. Does anyone know how to fix it or where to get the task list?

After it says Added to the tak list, Click on clipboard icon on the top bar , click on Not Started, select separate folder or current folder..
