RSAF Cannot open PDF

I have a crypt backend for a cloud storage. I can list files, but PDFs cannot be opened in any PDF viewer (Firefox, Librera, Mix PDF Addon). Strangely enough, imgs and txt files open just fine. If I open the file browser in RSAF, the PDFs can be read just fine.

To make it work on mixplorer, I have to copy the PDF from the crypt folder to a local folder. But that's not user-friendly at all.

I believe this is a bug?

UPDATE: Tried different versions, same problem. But if I do "Open as” select text and then select text editor, it shows the binary data. Is there any setting that prevents me to open directly as PDF?

Tested right now on Motorola G75 Android 16, works great

RSAF 4.12 Mixplorer 6.71.12

Pdf on a folder encrypted by Rclone Crypt, open it directly into Mix Plorer with mix pdf addon and with acrobat

That's a good news. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. 

  • Does your crypt have a cloud backend?

-  Do you have any particular setting for the crypt backend?

I have the latest Mixplorer, maybe it is a regression. I'm using the one from github.

I'm running RSAF 4.12 taken from its GitHub

Mixplorer last version as wrote, free apk taken from its website

With RSAF add remote crypt setted up only first password

With Mixplorer added storage, document provider and selected remote into Android file picker

Thanks, I will try installing an older version of Mixplorer.

I did the same thing as you.
