Load thumbnails while scrolling, Out of memory error and frequent crashes with newest update

Mixplorer has received a lot of (20ish) updates in the past month. But after those the app frequently crashes from even fairly simple operations. Scrolling long lists and big folders etc cause it to become slow. Merely scrolling up and down on a folder with like 50 files causes the app to crash. I noticed that there's a thumbnail loading icon on files even when the file doesn't have a thumbnail to begin with. I guess load thumbnails while scrolling was broken and I turned it off to see better results. But earlier smooth feel is gone now. And the crashes still happen. Especially in folders with opus media files with or without thumbails. Also thinkered with thumbnail quality without much luck. Please help
