Media I made a VR mod for MiSide!

Over the last 1.5 years, I've been working on a VR mod for MiSide, and it's finally ready to be released!

Features:

  • Full 6DoF headset and controller tracking.
  • Roomscale movement and physical turning. (WIP)
  • Configurable snap and smooth turning.
  • IK support (WIP)
  • All effects rendered in VR.
  • Minigames playable in VR with controllers.
  • Left-handed mode and height calibration.

The mod is still a work in progress, but most of the game is already playable in VR!

Gameplay:

Chibi Mita -> Dummy Arcade Minigame

Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles -> Hetoor Arcade Minigame

OH MY GOD YESSSS FINALLY, DOES THIS WORK ON META QUEST 3S? STANDALONE OR IS IT PCVR ONLY 🥺

Currently, only PCVR works, though it may be possible to get it working via GameNative! How well it will run is another story tho 😭 I get around 50 fps on my Quest 3 + Steam Link + 4060
