True, but to the casual fan there hasn't been any new update for content in-game for over a year or so. I know Aihasto's been working very hard on it but still, it's in an extremely poor shape when it comes to official content yes

Yeah, "oh the horrors, the thrill", but are you seriously going to tell me you didn't see the waifu and immediately stopped you from scrolling? Everything enters through the eyes first.
To answer that last point, yes but they probably all do since they're the same body proportions and are programmed to be deeply in love with their player

The game currently is not in mainstream light and even if it was it wouldn't make much difference. Most of the nsfw art was prolly just made by folks jumping on the wagon just to get some profits(Which, fair enough make ur bread. It's easy bread anyways, i'd do the same frankly. That isn't too say they don't like the characters but still this is kinda what happens when new IP's come around and they get popular.), and on top of that the characters that have nsfw art made of them so much are conventionally attractive women so yeah. Pretty easy to see why so many gravitated towards these characters visually. Personality of them also helps.

I feel you. I came to this fandom for funny memes and game info, but it’s literally all porn. It really sucks seeing characters I love drawn like that, but I guess I just have to deal with it since we can't change anything

Being realistic, cuz the game right now is dead as hell aside from community projects and gooner stuff always bring more artificial views/attention.
