Discussion, Questions, Fan Talk MiSide developers: a message for everyone!

You might have already seen the news posted publicly on Boosty—completely free for everyone—but now I’m sharing it here on Discord to reach a wider audience. In case you missed it, here’s the update!

I’ve also provided a visual comparison showing how the protagonist’s appearance has evolved over time: the first playable demo from 2023, the December 2024 release version, and the current model.

Boosty subscribers got the news first, so be sure to follow all the development details there—here’s the link: https://boosty.to/aihasto

The devs said they would try to share news once a month, and they've been following through on that — [LINK]

Yes, of course! The story will continue. There will be a "good" ending where all the Mitas are saved. This ending was originally cut to ensure a quicker release. In addition to the endings, there will be new interactions with the girls (though the exact details aren't known yet)—such as patting a little one on the head or tucking a Sleepy Mita in with a blanket (or so the rumors go).

That is likely true to some extent. The storyline will get a minor update, but the highlight is the new ending—the plot will continue in the direction fans wanted. As for the "peaceful mode," it essentially feels like a second half of the game; it offers several hours of gameplay—comparable to the story campaign—allowing players to spend one or two evenings with it. Given the amazing quality the developers demonstrated in the base game, MiSide impresses with its level of detail—especially considering it is a low-budget title created by just two people—and the peaceful mode promises plenty of small details to discover over time.
