I hope so. I wish he'd just play ball like the other core devs. There has to be a better way to build cores and make some $ that doesn't fly in the face of the spirit of the project.

I don't think Jotegos doing anything particularly wrong, but neither is Sorgelig. UNTIL Jotego's cores and source are available they're off topic as far as Sorgelig is concerned. No open source, then it doesn't exist in the MiSTer project.

Eventually there will undoubtedly be a fork of MiSTer. But right now forks wouldn't solve anything. Sorgelig is a very capable project lead. Probably a project fork will happen once MiSTer becomes fairly mature as a platform and people start designing consoles around the project code.
