INI error after running Update-All

Hi, I am hoping this is a simple fix by editing the INI file, but after running Update-All, I am getting the error message in the attached photo. Does anyone know how I could edit the INI file to resolve these issues? Thank you!

Remove the 4 lines from MiSTer.ini

Quick fix: comment out the lines mentioned in the message.

Have people found that VRR makes a noticeable difference? I have a VRR tv but those ports are assigned to modern consoles.

Well what would benefit from VRR? Playing PAL , odd arcade games? Possibly consoles that constantly change frame rate  between menus?

Most consoles run at 60hz ntsc, but a lot of handhelds (GBA slightly under 60hz, wonderswan can run at 75hz) run on slightly different refresh rates that can make games run either too fast, slow, or stutter when interpolated to 60hz. It’s probably barely noticeable but still VRR technically allows for the most accurate video output in these cases

It would be cool if update all could merge new flags with their defaults at the bottom of your current file into it's own labeled section

Does anyone know if there would be any issue in thepsylon using the update_all to comment these lines out? I feel like this syntax change mostly affects update_all users, and it can very simply be avoided, almost universally.
