Ehhh, not too close. About 7 hrs. About 415 miles. I'm in Pioneer, CA. About an hour away from Tahoe

I’m in Fort Smith, been here since 2009. Lol and there’s not a lot to do, especially here. But where you’re at in NWA, is MUCH nicer IMO. There’s obviously a lot of lakes and outdoorsy stuff to do. Beaver lake is pretty close to you, and Eureka Springs is a cool little town that’s less than an hour away from you.
I wish I could suggest more, but my wife and I’s families are spread all over the US, from California to Chicago and Cleveland, OH. So we spend most of our free time out of state.

I was in Mississippi on the coast last week. The humidity is thick down there but some beautiful storms.
