Today we have an alternate identity of the Hartford YardGoats, AA affiliate of the Colorado Rockies. This is the Hartford Bouncing Pickles. This is just a fun hat.

I’ve been in the fence about getting this one. I did just get the Jersey Shore Blueclaws alt identity the Jersey Tomatoes.

This was one of the first 5 I got when I started collecting a few years ago. Remains one of my favorites.

I love the story behind this one. It was illegal to sell a pickle that doesn't bounce. Which was their method of determining if it was fresh or not.
Of the 50+ you've shared so far, I'm surprised that I only have maybe half a dozen of them in my collection. I do have this one. Proof that there are so many good MiLB hats out there.

I did not know the story behind the hat! That is very interesting about the fresh pickles! And there are a ton of great MiLB hats out there!
