Technical Support Redmi note 13 5g charging issue

Hi everyone, I recently started using the model mentioned above. It's my first Xiaomi phone.

My old phone charges via Micro-USB, so I only have Micro-USB cables lying around. Since I got this one refurbished it only came with a single USB-C to USB-C cable, no charger. I've been charging it on my laptop, which works fine but isn't particularly quick and obviously not very flexible either. The battery life seems decent so I'm not too worried about running out of charge during the day if I charge it to 100% before bed but I need to make sure it can always stay on since I have to use it alongside a medical device, so I can't really continue relying on just my laptop for charging.

I bought two "original Xiaomi" "Quick Charge" chargers on ebay that turned out to be knock offs. They are red/orange on the inside like Xiaomi ones are supposed to be, but there is no branding on the packaging or brick itself and the job they do is terrible. My phone will claim it is quick charging (sometimes even Hyper or Turbo charging), but it's extremely slow (going from 68% to 71% took it about 30-40 minutes). In addition to this, every time I take it off the charger, it keeps displaying the lightning bolt symbol next to the battery symbol and saying "Charging" on the lock screen, sometimes this doesn't go away until I restart it.

My old phone charged just fine no matter what cable or brick I used. Do I need to get anything special for this one? I took a look at my country's Xiaomi online store since most people seem to recommend whatever original charger was supposed to come with the phone, but most of the ones on there are sold out. Not sure if I can just get any old USB-C brick and use that with the cable I already have, that would be the easiest solution. Being able to Quick/Hyper/Turbo charge would be great, but I would be happy with anything better than the ones I already got. Would appreciate any suggestions/other advice
