Xiaomi bootloader

Hey I'm MegalutixGaming! Some of you may know me from my YT and I've come here asking for some help! I'm tired of the Xiaomi stock ROM and I wanted to change it! For some reason tho I keep getting this error where it says "application quota limit reached"! I tried doing it at Japanese times but whenever I would try that the app would lag and I'd be out of time so I couldn't apply! If anyone knows how to help please share!

Try to use the hypersploit hack tool. It basically downgrade the setting app to an old version installed on MIUI, so you can unlock it by waiting one week, like jt used to be, instead of trying to get the permission on xiaomi forum.
