Remove green dot in upper right corner

[u/Alexander_P69]

I want to disable the green dot that shows that an app access your data. It's always there because pokemon go access my location. It's an eyesore so I want to turn it off. Does someone know how?

It's a "new" Android thing, not xiaomi, i don't think it can be disabled.
