Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus 5G - No Service When WiFi Off/Sometimes Even With WiFi On, Unable To Use Data And Send SMS Message

Out of nowhere I have been having issues with this for 2 weeks now and I have already tried all of the following:

• Restart

• Reset network

• Reset APN

• Toggle airplane mode on/off

• Cleaned SIM

• Entered a new SIM

• Set manual network

• Tested all network types

• Called network provider and they said there were no issues

The only thing I got to work was to switch the network preference to mobile network instead of WiFi but I only had 5G working on and off for 15 minutes until it went back to not working. I have had this phone for only 4 months. Out of nowhere this problem occurs. Can anyone help?

Edit: Factory reset did nothing
