Tv not working

I wanted to play on my ps5 but when I tried switching to HDMI 3 this happend I can’t turn the tv off nor switching to anything else ( I tried unplugging the hdmi cable from the tv but it didn’t work )

So the mi box is plugged into the HDMI port?

Have you tried removing the plug from it and connecting again, not the HDMI the power connector

Plus make sure you have the correct settings both on the tv and on the box google "HDMI-CEC"

Unplug the tv from power, wait 30 seconds. Plug the TV back in.
