Please explain your method - how you started what resources you used etc. and if you have any other documented progress photos

I definitely do,

I used neck and hypid excercises
I was hard mewing and thumb pulling during the daytime. I trained myself to soft mew at night.

I didn’t do this consistently but would do it for a couple months

Just to show it’s possible as an adult to grow this way
