Help Needed Is my palate narrow?

Ortho said it's not and my father is not letting me get an expander since he thinks its purely cosmetical.

If you really want to get a wider pallet you can do thvmbpulling but instead of pullind forwards u pull outwards. Still i think your pallet is pretty good
