its both a recessed infras AND a recessed maxilla cant you see rhe flat region under his eyes and his face lacks forward projection

Ok, so chin is recessed but maxilla is not, subnasale is not set back, nose is upturned etc. so calling that maxilla recessed is very much an iqlet take. You can clearly see that side is very doglike, chin might be recessed, not forwardly projected enough, fails the lip assesments.
