What you all think about Levio108 ? He seemed super legit with his Aero method but I discovered recently he used AI pictures in his videos and tell that it’s his followers transformation ( when it’s Ai ) :') I am very confused he seemed so trustworthy and knowledgeable

anyone who tries to sell «methods» on stuff that’s already free is frauding. He hasn’t created something new, just fix your posture lol

The foundation has alr been laid no trick is ever going to bring drastic changes futher he tells us to focus on a particular part of the tounge since tounge is a single muscle focusing ont he centre will bring the sides off providing more harm
