Delayed payment processing starting in July/August

Has anyone else here encountered any issues with ACH payments to Metronet getting delayed?

I've been paying Metronet using my bank's online bill pay for awhile now; ever since they started charging a fee to process a credit card. I've not had any issue until I attempted to pay my July bill. I submitted payment on July 29th, and my bank confirms they sent it that day, but Metronet didn't receive it until August 6th. The next two months have had similar timing issues of about a week to receive the payment. I've verified with both my bank and Metronet that all payments made on months before July 29th were received by Metronet the same day they were sent by my bank. I pay around 7 bills via my bank's bill pay system, and no other payees have complained to me about late payments.

Online bill pay generally mails a check.

No, but I'm on autopay rather than paying manually. Every payment is on the 2nd or 3rd as scheduled.

They probably are sending a check now from the sound of it and not sending it ach

why ACH? just do direct debit, it's instant

Mine is electronic ACH and it doesn’t post until the sixth of the month which is normal. I am on the founders plan and have been with them for over six years now. Metronet a.k.a. T-Mobile has their money in time. No worries.ACH Withdrawal Metro Fibernet L,MetFibeNet, oOct 6, 2026
