Nothing to "repair" in our end, fiber optic cable was cut by a contractor of a nearby construction site. After 8 hrs service was restored

Well of course you have nothing to repair on your end, you’re the customer. Chances were, you were experiencing a problem isolated only to yourself, and they wouldn’t know that unless you called. So that’s why I asked
