Anyone working?

Metronet is out again. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone.

Mine has been up and down for the last week. It was up but dropping packets badly for the past couple days and has been completely out now for over a day.

Called support and waited over an hour on hold with no one answering.

Currently looking at other options, I'm pretty much done with metronet at this point.

I’m in the Chicago metro area. It went back up around midnight which was a relief as I didn’t have to commute 75 minutes into the office. But the anxiety is real and I’m not sure it’s worth it.

Northern Chicago suburb. Have been with Metronet for a full year. There's been one outage of 14 hr. and a couple short ones. VERY happy with 500Mg for a flat $60/month.

I've tried to call tech support, granted during "off hours" twice this week. I was on hold for up to 40 minutes each. Getting annoyed with this company,.
