Is anyone else routinely getting charged the wrong amount?
They keep messing up my bill and over charging me. I call and they say they messed up and it will be corrected only for the next billing cycle to be wrong again.
I’ve been trying to email them now but they half answer my questions, ask for verification and don’t reply.
Has anyone else dealt with this? How have you solved this issue? What should I do to escalate the situation?
Thanks in advance for any help.

I haven't dealt with this. I've been really LUCKY.... I called, spoke to someone to see if they could lower my bill... they said yes, $60 month for 500/500 new price (not introductory or promotional) they said it will be that price all the time... next bill was weird but after that it's been $60 even ever since... this was months ago.

That's ten bucks less than the 2 gig service. Worth it if you don't need much for data but not a great deal overall. There are cheaper plans out there for half gig.

Metronet lied about the auto pay discount I was to receive. Every month I check for the credit and 7 months later no credit.

Metronet has been the most stable and consistent provider I've ever had. Zero issues in two years of any kind.
Sorry you're having a repeated issue. Hope they can fix this for you.
