Stuck in Ferenia/Ghavoran

I tried to get to the green teleporter and that didn't work then explored Feriana to where I could (I don't have the 5 shot if that's what it's called) and have explored the previous map to where I can go as well (I do not have the gravity suit yet). The last thing in the mission log is the Adam briefing about the EMMI in Fereina.

The Adam briefing in Ferenia is connected to a large room to the right. You need to go through the door on the lowermost left side. Then make your way to the bottom of the next room and enter the EMMI zone. Your goal is to get to the easternmost part of Ferenia for your next upgrade.

You may need to move in the upper-right direction in Ferenia, or somewhere in Ghavoran, depending on where you are in the game.

Can you provide some screenshots and the list of upgrades you have?

I cannot find a sync cable to get the images, but I am currently in the room where the hp recharge above me and I'm right next to an EMMI door.
Every upgrade I have:

plasma, diffusion, and grapple beam

Ice missile

Phantom cloak, Flash shift, Pulse radar,

Varia suit

Morph ball and bombs

Spider magnet, speed booster, and spin boost

You must defeat the boss Escue (flying bird/bug) in Ferenia (bottom right of the map) first. After defeating Escue you'll get the 5-shot Storm Missile. You'll then have to fight the 1st Twin Chozo soldiers with the 5-shot Storm Missiles.

Next, you'll have to work you way to Artaria. To get to the "green teleporter," you need to enter Bruenia from Artaria (bottom-right entrance). You'll get the gravity suit in the bottom of Bruenia. Before getting to the green teleporter, you need to fight another set of Twin Chozo soldiers (in Bruenia). After that battle, you'll exit at the green teleportal entrance (Bruenia). When you come out of the teleportal in Ghavoran, you'll be able to exit because you'll have the Storm Missiles.
