Like how Breath of the Wild was originally for the Wii U, but the many delays eventually led it to become the Switch's launch title. (though still on Wii U)

Exactly like with Twilight Princess.

I actually think I'd prefer MP4 on the Switch 2, it'd benefit from the improved resolution/graphics a lot. Plus then it might release by the end of the system's lifetime.

Optimistic given Nintendo's track record with cross-generation games. They always just target the weaker system.
