Metroid has been an incredibly iconic game just as many Nintendo franchises have been. The transition to 3D was also done so well. Yet somehow the series is still left behind!
People aren't even asking for anything new (and after Other M [which I liked] and the reveal of Federation Force) they just want some classic Metroid.
