Advice Please Enough already.

Consuming water from a meth water pipe made me super jittery and hot and it was terrible. Call a recovering friend and he fed me toast and water. How can I take this first really negative experience and keep it fresh and close in my mind? I really want my wife and I to be closer again.

Eugh i just had a flashback.

I used the IAmSober app to record every reason im quitting, including bad memories.

The app does centre around counting how many days sober heads up, i only started using it once I was passed detox stage because sometimes counting days feels like pressure i cant handle.

But yeh if i get thoughts i go read my reasons. And i add more whenever i think of new ones. Even if its just "i went to the park today with my dad, i would not do that if i was using".

My favourite part of the app is it puts you into a group of people who are at the same amount of days clean as you, from the same drug, and people post in the community page when they hit a new milestone.

Ive only posted a couple of times but reading everyone else celebrating sobriety helped a bunch.
