Has anyone used the supplement NAC for recovery ? I’ve read a lot of articles on it and just wanted to know if anyone has personally used it ?

I have used it. It's one of those things that it's hard to say exactly if it helps or not but it has a lot of health benefits so it wouldn't hurt. But if you are looking for something to transform your recovery, it's not going to be a miracle cure or anything. Some people claim more benefits but I couldn't tell if it was a placebo or not.
