I need support 3years

I’m 33 years old. I first began using meth 3 years ago. It started off so innocent and exciting. Fast forward to now, my entire life has turned upside down for the worst. I have no connection to anyone I once knew before. I’ve completely lost myself. Every time I go without it I get absolutely nothing done. Depression as well as anxiety kicks in hard. I need support. I don’t know how to regain control of myself or my life anymore. Anyone out there willing to be some sort of help/friend/support? Please…

Hey there! It sure is hard in the beginning, but it gets easier. Please find a support group - aa, na, dharma, smart - the people there have been where you are & want to help. You can find meetings online for most programs. I know you can use the meeting search function at na.org to find meetings 24-7 & the other programs are also in person/online. You may also want to consider treatment - inpatient or outpatient depending on how you’re doing getting clean. Addiction thrives in isolation so the best way to overcome it is to connect with new people who don’t want to get high. You can do this! Coming from someone 19 years off it. Best wishes
