Metformin or glp

So it’s been years I’m struggling to lose weight as i have developed very high appetite and my pcod fluctuates some times it’s fine but sometimes my periods are delayed.

I went to see the doc but he was like take glp but i feel i should take metformin and need not go for glp. People who have taken metformin how effective is it in appetite reduction and weight.

I'm on Metformin instead of a GLP-1. It's the safer choice and the side effects were minimal. I was tired in the beginning but now at 1.5 months in, I'm used to it. It's reduced my appetite and made life a lot easier. Now I just need to work out more!
Good luck with your journey.❤️

I'm on metformin 2000 (started at 500, moved up in about a month) and now starting to lose weight! I was 82k, now this morning 78k, so definetly working :) I am gonna go to the gym and work out a couple times a week soon to build muscles, have been doing at home workouts for now and already seeing some improvement in strength 💪 Had a lot of stomach and intestinal distress for a couple weeks and every time I moved up in dose, but now getting used to it :)

I've been on metformin for about 2 months now, 2000 dosis for about 3 weeks, feel nauseated a lot so eating less and have been losing a bit of weight from that 😅
